Congratulations on your purchase of a Pearl River Digital Piano! We value your business and we are pleased to provide you with a limited warranty for your digital piano.

4 Year Limited Factory Warranty

Pearl River Piano warrants to the original consumer/purchaser that this product shall be free from any defects in parts and material for a period of four (4) years with a one (1) year labor from date of purchase or within 1 year of authorized dealer receiving digital piano – whichever comes first.

 

1. Parts Warranty

Pearl River Piano will provide free parts necessary to repair or replace any defective parts for a four year period. Any parts repaired or replaced by Pearl River Piano will be warrantied for the un-expired portion of this warranty. This warranty does not cover parts mentioned in the conditions and limitations portion of this Warranty. In order to provide fast, quality service, Pearl River Piano has North American based parts and service support. 2. Labor Warranty

Your Pearl River Piano dealer will provide or arrange for service (labor) to correct defects in workmanship and materials for a one year period. You should notify your local authorized Pearl River dealer of any defect covered by this warranty. Any work must be done by a technician authorized by our service department.

3. Proof of Warranty

The party requesting warranty service must provide proof of the purchase date of the unit from the authorized dealer. The original sales receipt or copy of such is the only acceptable proof of purchase.

4. Shipping/Transportation Costs

Pearl River will try to repair any Pearl River Digital Piano found to be defective within the warranty period at the location where the piano resides. If the issue cannot be resolved by the technician, and the piano must be shipped to dealer or factory for repair or replacement (at the discrepancy of Pearl River Piano), the consumer is responsible for transporting the product with all necessary information to and from the authorized service center and for any other transportation costs that may be incurred.

5. Conditions & Limitations

1. Physical Damage and Maintenance

This warranty does not apply to:

      • Damages caused by abuse or adverse environmental conditions or improper handling as determined by Pearl River Piano service personnel.
      • Damages caused in any stage of shipping of the piano.
      • Cosmetic damage, broken buttons, pedal contacts and pedal wires, slide pots, keys, cables, tabs, handles, power cords, fuses, etc.
      • Any general maintenance deficiencies caused by liquid spills, dusty environment, careless treatment or normal wear and tear.
      • Calibration or cleaning controls including key contacts are considered general maintenance and are not covered.
      • An instrument purchased from any source other than an authorized Pearl River dealer.
      • An instrument whose serial number has been altered or removed.
      • An instrument damaged as a result of unreasonable use or unusually rough usage.
      • Any defects or damage due to modifications made by an unauthorized dealer.
      • Any defects or damage which may have been caused by an Act of God.
      • Any damage resulting from connecting the instrument to external devices.
      • Any transportation costs, if issue cannot be resolved by technician at location where piano resides, and piano must be shipped to dealer or factory for repair.
2. Limitation to duration of warranty
Warranty begins at date of purchase by consumer or within 1 year of authorized dealer receiving digital piano – whichever comes first.
3. Modifications of Product
Any modification or alteration of a Pearl River Digital Piano immediately voids any and all warranties.
4. Extent of Coverage
There are no warranties other than those expressed herein. Additional warranties, including the warranty merchantability beyond the extent of the period specifically set forth in this document, represent the purchaser’s exclusive remedy and Pearl River Piano shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages relating to the product sold, or for any delay in the performance of this warranty due to circumstances beyond the control of Pearl River Piano.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty shall last so the above limitation may not apply to you. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental damages so the above exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty is not transferable,

 

Owner Responsibilities

      1. Please keep your sales receipt from the authorized retailer where you purchased your Pearl River Digital Piano.
      2. Please register your digital piano in order to activate your warranty Here »
      3. Please register within (10) days from purchase date. Failure to register will not affect your rights under warranty – however, some method of verifying the purchase date is required. By submitting your registration promptly, you can avoid delays in resolving service issues.
      4. Notify your authorized Pearl River Piano dealer of any alleged defects with a detailed explanation of the problem immediately upon the discovery.
      5. Permit your Pearl River Piano dealer or an authorized agent (Pearl River Piano authorized service technician) to inspect and provide warranty service which shall be completed within a reasonable time.
      6. All costs of freight and insurance for shipment of your instrument shall be the purchaser’s obligation.
